Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Ferrum Branding. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In the event of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The estimated delivery time depends on your location and chosen shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

International Shipping

We currently ship to USA. 

Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at kurt.krems@ferrumbranding.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee updates after the order has been processed.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or missing, please reach out to our customer support team at kurt.krems@ferrumbranding.com, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
