Use a propane torch, fire pit, forge, or a charcoal/gas grill. Heat until the head reaches a dull red (about ~5 minutes depending on size and heat source), then press firmly 3–10 seconds. Wear heat-resistant gloves.

Will I see a preview of my custom branding iron before it's made?

Yes. We send a proof for approval within 24–48 hours; typical production is ~5–8 business days after approval. Rush options may be available—contact us.

What can I use a branding iron for?

Common uses include wood (furniture, boards, coasters), leather (belts, boots, bags), food and garnishes (buns, steak, fruit, orange peels), wedding decor and unity ceremonies, and specialty applications like pottery or hats.

What materials can I brand?

Beyond wood, you can brand leather, suede, rubber, some plastics, cork, cardstock, denim, canvas, burlap, dense foam, and foods like buns, coconuts, and watermelon.

Can I brand leather and suede without it looking burnt?

Yes. Use lower heat and shorter press times to create a clean, embossed look rather than a deep burn—especially effective on textured leather.

Can you design a logo for me?

Yes. Our in-house design team can refine sketches or ideas into a production-ready design for your branding iron.

What file format do you need for my logo?

Vector files are preferred (.EPS, .SVG, .AI). If you don’t have vector, send what you have—we’ll work with it.

I have a logo. Can you make me a branding iron and give me a quote?
