Use a propane torch, fire pit, forge, or a charcoal/gas grill. Heat until the head reaches a dull red (about ~5 minutes depending on size and heat source), then press firmly 3–10 seconds. Wear heat-resistant gloves.

Yes. We send a proof for approval within 24–48 hours; typical production is ~5–8 business days after approval. Rush options may be available—contact us.

Can I brand leather and suede without it looking burnt?

Yes. Use lower heat and shorter press times to create a clean, embossed look rather than a deep burn—especially effective on textured leather.

Can you design a logo for me?

Yes. Our in-house design team can refine sketches or ideas into a production-ready design for your branding iron.

What file format do you need for my logo?

Vector files are preferred (.EPS, .SVG, .AI). If you don’t have vector, send what you have—we’ll work with it.
